These terms govern your access to and use of 88db. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet on the platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 88db platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use 88db.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 88db ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 88db online gaming platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and all other gaming products offered through the platform. These Terms apply to all users of 88db, whether you access the platform from Bangladesh or elsewhere.
88db reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for checking this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing their use of 88db.

Section 1
Eligibility and Registration
Clause 1.1
Age Requirement
The 88db platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 88db may at any time request documentary evidence of age. Where a player is found to be under the required age, all activity on the account will be voided, all funds will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed. This age restriction applies to all players regardless of location.
Clause 1.2
Geographic Access
88db is operated for and marketed primarily to players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 88db makes no representations that access to or use of the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. If you are accessing 88db from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and 88db accepts no liability in such cases.
Clause 1.3
Registration Accuracy
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering for an 88db account. This includes your real name, mobile number and date of birth. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 88db reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration and to suspend or close any account where the information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

Section 2
Account Management and Security
Clause 2.1
Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one active 88db account at any given time. The creation or use of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. Where 88db identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided, and the player may be permanently excluded from the platform. Players who inadvertently create a duplicate account must notify 88db support immediately.
Clause 2.2
Password and Login Security
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 88db username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 88db recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and change it regularly. 88db will never ask for your password via email, phone or any messaging service. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 88db support immediately and change your password.
Clause 2.3
Account Verification (KYC)
88db may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of mobile number ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame may result in the restriction of withdrawals or the suspension of the account. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the 88db Privacy Policy.
Section 3
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
88db supports deposits and withdrawals via locally trusted mobile wallet services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider. 88db does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the funding account must belong to the registered account holder.
Clause 3.1
Minimum Deposit
The minimum single deposit on 88db is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. 88db reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. All deposits are credited to your 88db account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction from the payment provider.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within the time frames stated on the 88db platform at the time of the request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and whether KYC verification has been completed. 88db reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply and are stated on the withdrawal page.
Clause 3.3
Transaction Disputes
If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your account or that a withdrawal has not been processed correctly, you must contact 88db support within 30 days of the transaction date. 88db will investigate the matter and respond within a reasonable time frame. Transaction disputes raised more than 30 days after the relevant transaction date may not be investigated. 88db's decision on transaction disputes shall be final after investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
Clause 4.1
Bonus Eligibility
Promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses and reload bonuses, are available to eligible registered players subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. Bonuses are issued at the discretion of 88db and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to players in Bangladesh only and are limited to one bonus per player per promotion. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers may have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed.
Clause 4.2
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses on 88db are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC verification.
Clause 4.3
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit, circumvent or abuse the 88db bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, use of third-party funds to meet wagering requirements, coordinated betting strategies to lock in profit regardless of outcome, or any other method deemed by 88db to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus, the voiding of associated winnings, and may result in the permanent closure of the player's account.
Section 5
Prohibited Conduct
Players using the 88db platform are expected to conduct themselves lawfully and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension, closure and, where applicable, legal action.
Clause 5.1
Fraudulent Activity
Players must not engage in any fraudulent activity on the 88db platform. This includes but is not limited to: use of stolen payment methods or stolen identity documents, chargebacks or reversal of deposits after wagering has taken place, misrepresentation of identity or age, use of software tools designed to manipulate game outcomes, and collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage. 88db employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers to identify and act upon fraudulent behaviour.
Clause 5.2
Prohibited Technical Methods
Players must not use bots, automated betting software, scripts, exploits, data-scraping tools, or any other technical method to gain an unfair advantage on the 88db platform or to disrupt its operation. Players must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or replicate any part of the 88db platform. Any player found using prohibited technical methods will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and may face legal action for unauthorized access or intellectual property infringement.
Section 6
Limitation of Liability, Amendments and Governing Law
Clause 6.1
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88db shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service due to technical issues, or losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms. 88db does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Clause 6.2
Amendments to These Terms
88db reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on this page. Where changes are material, 88db will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 88db support.
Clause 6.3
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
88db is committed to responsible gaming. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform, including deposit limits and account self-exclusion. Players wishing to self-exclude should contact 88db support. Once a self-exclusion is in place, 88db will make reasonable efforts to prevent the player from accessing the platform for the agreed exclusion period. 88db is not liable for losses incurred during any period where a self-exclusion request has not yet been processed. All players are reminded that gambling should be treated as entertainment only. 21+ only.
